The CAOE is developing educational programs to meet the needs of the current and next generation of Homeland Security professionals.
Our educational program focuses on engaging a diverse students to consider careers with DHS and offers continuing educational opportunities and specialty training to the current DHS workforce. The partnerships with Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), including University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), North Carolina A&T State University (NCAT), and University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) help ensure that the educational program has a strong focus on inclusivity and diversity.
