The Center for Accelerating Operational Efficiency (CAOE), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Center of Excellence, is excited to announce the launch of its 2025 Broad Request for Proposals (RFP). We invite educational institutions to participate in this collaborative initiative aimed at addressing critical challenges within the Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE). Note: While proposals must be submitted by educational institutions, we encourage collaboration with federal laboratories, industry partners, and nonprofit organizations to ensure broad applicability and foster transdisciplinary collaboration.
CAOE Broad RFP Q&A Session
Join us for the CAOE Broad RFP Q&A Session on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM (MST). This session will be held via Microsoft Teams, and CAOE Center leadership will be available to answer any and all questions they are able to regarding the Broad RFP. We look forward to your participation!
How to Apply
All proposals must be submitted through the CAOE grant application portal. Submissions will undergo a formal review process by CAOE leadership and DHS sponsors, including evaluations of scientific merit and relevance to the HSE. Selected proposals will be considered for funding.
